– Colour: Pure gold
– Nose: Peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove, candied orange, vanilla, Mizunara (Japanese Oak). Good body with plenty of nut oils and zest, a pleasant floral character with a little tropical fruit and a rooty note.
– Palate: Coconut, cranberry, butter. Smooth and soft with good sweetness and winter spice.
– Finish: Sweet ginger, cinnamon, long finish. Medium with fruit and zest
